TNI Commander General Gatot Nurmantyo Denied Entering the United States

TNI Commander-in-Chief TNI Gatot Nurmantyo is reportedly denied entry into the United States by the US Government.

The news was received by General Gatot Nurmantyo through a notice of rejection submitted by the Emirates airline.

The airline was supposed to take Gatot and his wife to the United States to attend a conference meeting to meet the invitation of the United States Army Commander General Joseph F Durford, Jr. in the City of Washington, at the request of the US internal security authority.

As is known, Gatot Nurmantyo should fly to the United States using the airline Emirates EK 0357, Saturday (21/10/2017) at around 17:00 pm.

When this was confirmed, TNI Head of Information Center Maj. Gen. Wuryanto confirmed, as quoted by Kompas TV.

Gatot Nurmantyo know rejected entry into the United States some time before flying at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Cengkareng, Banten.

The TNI Commander has reported this incident to President Joko Widodo, Foreign Minister Retno LP Masudi and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Political.
